  I say NO NO NO. Rude dragon lady director! Nancy the director is so G*DDamn Rude! It blows my mind this person is in charge?? I called this morning and got hung up on... by the director? Read below and i will elaborate... Please before enrolling your child here, meet the director Nancy!! If you are good judge of character, you will know better than to send your son/Daughter here. Do NOT Sent your child here! Backstory: So i called this place a few weeks/almost a month ago and was suprised to hear they had space available for my 15 month old son. I was excited and though okay before i commit to here i have to see it but before i see it let me read reviews. so I continued reading online reviews and research. To my dismay i found a few other people who said the director (nancy) reprimands staff in front of children etc... I though well that isn't cool but I guess I could live with that. (you would not believe the way she spoke to me. A potential parent) I waited 2-3 weeks more to see if I could get my child in the other center "wishful thinking" and of course they're probably going to wait until he turns 1yr 9months so they can put him in the two year old class. So I slept on it all last night, tossing and turning So I called this morning to see about getting my son enrolled here. This is because the other center up the street has a long wait list. (wonder why) I'm not a procrastinating parent, but my parents who had watched my son up until now have suddenly decided to move far away and are unable to watch him which put me in a "find someone now predicament". My Experience with Les Enfants: A lady answers (director Nancy apparently) Nancy: "HI" Gary : "Good Morning how are you" Nancy "Who is this?" Gary "My name is Gary and...." (cut off mid sentence) Nancy: "What do you want" Gary: "Well I was call to inquire about whether" (cut off mid sentence) Nancy: "Are you a parent?" Gary: " No, I am actually..." (Cut off mid sentence) Nancy: " What do you want" Gary: " Initially I wanted to call and get some information about enrolling my child there, but now at this point i want to know whats your position there.... HUNG UP ? So I call back. I speak with another lady who seems much nicer and also says her name is Nancy. So i said who is the other Nancy there? She said the teacher? I said I was just speaking with a very very rude lady this morning and she claimed her name was Nancy, She said oh the director. I said you have to be kidding me that rude lady runs the place? i actually wanted to take my child there but there is no way in hell im doing that now. I guess what i read before is true about her manner in speaking to others. Specially me being a prospective parent. So about 1 minute with me talking to the receptionist Nancy, the director gets on the phone "unannounced" clear either ease dropping or rudely grabbed it out of the receptionist hand and says completely "apologetically" we have telemarketers that call.. so what do you want, do you want to come see the center? we have visits today. I go on and try and talk about how our last conversation went and she once again rudely shut me down. At this point I tell her I am fed up and she needs to learn some manners and that I would post my experience everywhere i could find because if she acts like this with me, its probably worse for those who work for her. Moral of the story is DONT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. I would personally test the directors patience while you do you walk through and see what type of response you get. Those of us who have children know that they are "children" and will test boundaries and do things they shouldn't and you must have a lot of patience when working with them. If the director has NO patience... what kind of example is she setting for her staff? If you are on the fence of choosing this place do you children a favor and say NO I'd rather stay home and loose my job than subject my handsome boy to this ridiculous rude place.
