- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The wait to see a representative is incredibly long, they don't have enough staff on hand to handle all of their traffic. Experience was made worse when I had to return and wait another hour due to an error in the paper work they provided. The wait for a banker made exponentially worse with a family and a screaming kid who had been waiting for 2 hours for a Spanish speaking employee.
