  Less than one star would be better. Tenants are not good neighbors, especially the manager, Joe. Neighbors are hermits who resort to passive aggressive acts to communicate. I have never seen most of the people who live here and I've been here 4 years. One guy above me vacuums his apartment constantly and at all hours of the day. I'm pretty sure he doesn't sleep because I hear him making noise at all hours. The manager, Joe, has accused me of doing things many times that I was completely unaware and uninvolved in. I have also witnessed him treating other tenants in the same way, so I'm in no way special. He is passive aggressive and puts on a real nice face as a front most of the time until his obvious anger management problems surface. Here's a few examples... 1) I walked down to the laundry room to do my laundry and he was in there and there was a problem with some of the machines. He asked (in a very rude and accusatory tone) if I did it. I didn't even know what had happened. 2) He accused me of causing problems throwing a party and causing loud noise via text message when I wasn't even in town. I had been gone the whole weekend in another city. Didn't even apologize. 3) Has come and knocked on my door extremely aggressively more than once, so loud that I'm sure the entire apartment complex hears it. The one time he said it was because I was being loud but it again turned out to be a neighbor and not me. He made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable when she answered the door and she now avoids him if she sees him around. 4) He had some railings painted at the complex, the paint was apparently still dry. I returned from a long day at work to find him immediately accuse me of messing up the paint. I didn't even know the back steps were painted! I had been gone all day and went through the main entrance. I could honestly keep going on and on as I rarely have an interaction with him I am not left very angry and frustrated with how he has treated me. I am a very easy to talk to person, there is no reason or excuse for him to treat paying tenants this way. It's sad too, because if there wasn't such a monster running the complex it would be a decent place to live for the money.
