  honestly this place is filled with a bunch of rick ass section 8 mambas. Do not sign a lease if your not trying to get mugged in the parking garage. They won't disclaim the fact that at least 33% of the building is section 8 housing paying virtually nothing while the rest of us are paying upwards of 4000$ for a 2 bedroom! I understand housing for the less fortunate but this is a marketed as a luxury apartment building and in the reality of this why should people who are getting their luxury apartment rent fees subsidized by the government. Why should the government be paying for people to live in a above average income level luxury apartment building while there is much cheaper apartment deals in Santa Monica. Basically, go live in another building that is better maintained for a better deal. Management has been decent; however, jessica, john, and napolean had all been more than helpful and maintenence staff has been friendly and kind as well as I ended up making friends with them a couple months into living here.
